1. payment & refunds

PAYMENTS:
✦ Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
✦ For commissions exceeding $200, a 50/50 payment plan is available upon request. The first payment is upfront and second half before the final files are delivered.CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
✦ No refunds once payment is made. Refunds are only available if the commission passes the due date without delivery or an agreed upon extension.

2. work process & communication

WORK PROCESS:
✦ Turnaround Time (TAT): Typically ranges from 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and my schedule. TAT begins after full payment (or first deposit) is received.
     ⟢ TAT for special commissions such as "72h skeb commission", is 1-3 days.
     ⟢ Clients will be notified immediately of any unexpected delays.
✦ Schedule: My rest days are Wednesdays and Thursdays, and I won't work on these days.
✦ Queue Order: Work may not always be completed in the exact order of the public queue.⋆𐙚 ̊. Sketch Phase & Revisions:
✦ Clients will receive a rough sketch for approval before lineart phase begings.
     ⟢ Up to three major revisions are allowed (such as poses, layout, designs or outfits, character, etc) during the sketching phase. Minor adjustments (such as facial expressions) are unlimited during this phase.
!! Note: The revision limits above do not apply to the Custom Character Design service, which features its own collaborative process. !!⋆𐙚 ̊. Line Art // coloring Phases:
✦ Once the sketch is approved and line art begins, revisions are not available.
     ⟢ rquests to fix colors are available before rendering phase.
     ⟢ If a client requests a major revision after the line art stage has begun, an additional fee of $10 to $20 will be charged depending on the complexity of the change.ꪜ WIll DRAW: OCs, Fanart. Light Gore, any type of ships (NO proships), and Light NSFW
✘ WON'T DRAW: Political or harmful art, Ferals, Furries, Heavy armor or mecha, Real people.
!! If a specific theme or subject is not listed above, please ask before submitting a request !!⋆˚꩜｡ COMMUNICATION:
✦ Communications: All commission related communication, and questions must take place either directly through the VGen DMS or via Discord (@lameshmallow).
     ⟢ Other Platforms: Please do not message me on any other social media platforms regarding your commission, as I'm mostly inactive on those accounts and your messages will not be seen.
✦ Response Windows: I am typically quite fast to reply, but response times may vary or be delayed due to timezone differences or busy schedule.
     ⟢ I check DMs and respond with updates if requested on my rest days⋆𐙚 ̊. Communication Process Differences:
✦ Standard/Design Services: Regular check is will happen during every phase (Especially during sketching and revision requests)
✦ Surprise Me / Skeb Style Services: There will be zero communication after the brief is accepted until the final artwork is delivered.

3. usage rights

⋆˚꩜｡ USAGE RIGHTS:
✦ The use of my art for AI training, NFTs, or crypto, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
✦ Artist Rights: I retain full copyright, ownership and portfolio rights over artworks. I reserve the rights to decline any commission request for any reason.
     ⟢ If you wish for your art to not be shown on my portfolio, a fee for private rights is required.
✦ Client Obligations: The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own creation, remove my watermark/signature, or alter the final image without explicit permission. Proper credit to me is required whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
✦ TOS Violations: Any breach of these terms will result in an immediate block, blacklist, and revocation of artwork usage rights.

Milestone 16: Sketch Page✦ Expiration & Usage: Earned discounts do not expire. However, clients are highly encouraged to redeem their current discount before unlocking a subsequent tier.

⋆˚꩜｡ IMPORTANT:
✦ Loyalty card discounts: Valid only for non skeb services and cannot be applied to Skeb commissions. If a discount is earned, it will be saved for a non skeb project.
✦ Loyalty card freebies: Loyalty card freebies will not be included in final delivery (if it will take me more than 2 days or delivery time is close) and will be sent to you on a later date via Vgen DMS.
     ⟢ Freebies take more time than usual commissions and won't be a top priority if I'm busy!
✦ Saving & Stacking: Clients are welcome to save earned discounts for future use. However, discounts cannot be stacked. Only one loyalty card discount can be applied per single commission order.
✦ General Terms: All rewards and freebies hold no cash value, are completely non-transferable between users, and apply strictly to personal use commissions.
